Change is a natural part of every organization’s journey, and removing employees from your Jugl workspace should be secure, simple, and disruption-free.

With Jugl, you can suspend users without losing critical data, ensuring that all tasks, messages, and files remain intact while maintaining workflow continuity.


🌐 Step 1: Log In to Your Jugl Account

On Web:

1️⃣ Visit web.jugl.com in your browser.

2️⃣ Enter your mobile number.

3️⃣ Choose how to receive your One-Time Password (OTP) (SMS or WhatsApp).

4️⃣ Enter the OTP to log in securely.

On Mobile:

1️⃣ Open the Jugl mobile app.

2️⃣ Enter your mobile number.

3️⃣ Choose your OTP method (SMS or WhatsApp).

4️⃣ Enter the OTP to log in securely.

🏢 Step 2: Navigate to Your Workspace

On Web:

Once logged in, go to the workspace where you want to remove the employee. You have multiple ways to access it:

📌 Option 1: Click your workspace name (top-left corner) → Select “Open Workspace Settings” → Go to the “Members” tab.

📌 Option 2: Click the “Workspace” tab (bottom-left panel) → Select Workspace Settings → Open the Members tab.

📌 Option 3: Click the “People” tab (bottom-left panel) → Click “Manage Members ➕”.

On Mobile:

📌 Tap the “People” option in the bottom navigation bar to access team management.


👥 Step 3: Locate the Employee to Be Removed

On Web:

📌 In the Members Tab, scroll through the employee list or use the search bar to find the user.

On Mobile:

📌 Inside the People section, scroll through the team list or use the search function to find the employee.

📌 Tap on their profile to access their settings.

📢 Pro Tip: Before removing an employee, review their assigned tasks and projects to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.


❌ Step 4: Safely Remove an Employee

On Web:

📌 Next to the employee’s name, click the three dots to open the action menu.

📌 Select “Suspend User”.

📌 Confirm the action in the pop-up message.

📢 Why It Matters: Suspending an employee immediately removes their access to the workspace while keeping their tasks, messages, and files intact for reference.

On Mobile:

📌 Inside the employee’s profile settings, tap the “Suspend User” button.

📌 Confirm the action when prompted.

📌 The employee’s profile will now show as Suspended, meaning they can no longer access the workspace.

After removing an employee, take a few minutes to:
