In Jugl cloud storage, what's the maximum file size?

In Jugl Drive, you can store files up to a size of 2 GB each.

Where is my business data stored?

Jugl securely houses all user-generated and business data in secure cloud storage. Only your business can access this data, maintaining complete control over who is permitted in the workspace. Some data is stored in a secure folder within the Jugl app, and this data is automatically deleted when a user is removed from the workspace.

How much cloud storage space is allotted for my business?

Each business workspace is automatically provided with 200 GB of cloud storage. Should you require more, it can be increased up to 1 TB, with additional costs applying for the extra storage.

Why can't I see a folder that my co-worker can?

Jugl offers two types of folders: Private and Public. If a folder is set to Public, all users can view it. However, if it's set to Private, only authorized users can access it. If you're unable to see a particular folder, it likely means you haven't been granted access to it.

How fast can files be uploaded to Jugl drive?

Jugl can upload 1 GB of data in just a few minutes, given a stable internet connection. If you experience slow upload speeds, it might be related to your internet connectivity. We recommend an upload speed of at least 10 MB, although higher is preferable.
