Jugl's client management system streamlines the process of handling your client information by centralizing it, ensuring that all pertinent team members can easily access it. Beyond just storing client details, the system also allows you to monitor tasks performed specifically for each client, ensuring transparency and efficiency in client interactions.

Accessing Client Details

Security and privacy are paramount. Therefore, only those with Workspace admin privileges can view the intricate client details and their contact information. This restriction ensures that sensitive client information remains in trusted hands, reinforcing the commitment to confidentiality and data security.

Navigating to the Client Module

To reach the client module, start from the Workspace Home page. Kindly refer to the screenshot provided below. By clicking on the indicated icon, you'll be presented with a list of clients you've previously added. If you haven't added any clients yet, you can do so by clicking on the Blue Plus icon.

Web App Access

Accessing the client module is also possible via web.jugl.com. Once you're within your business workspace, look for the Customer/Client icon on the right-hand panel. Clicking this icon will display a list of clients associated with your workspace. It's important to note that only users with the necessary permissions will be able to view this icon.
