📌 How to Create a Group Chat in Jugl
Setting up a group chat takes just a few steps:
1️⃣ Go to the Chat Module → Tap ➕ (plus icon) at the bottom
2️⃣ Select “New Group”
3️⃣ Enter a Group Name(mandatory)
4️⃣ Add a Profile Picture(optional: take a photo, upload from the gallery, or remove the profile image)
5️⃣ Add Members(mandatory: you must select at least one person to proceed)
6️⃣ Choose members from the workspace contact list or filter by roles(Marketing, Sales, Management, etc.)
7️⃣ Tap “Create Group”
💡 Important:
Maximum group size = 250 members
If you try adding more than 250, you won’t be able to proceed
If a selected user doesn’t have chat permissions, a popup warning will appear

Once your group is set up, you can manage members and assign admin roles as needed.

Admins have full control over group settings, including:

🌱Activating content restrictions & broadcast mode

📌 How to Assign an Admin Role:
1️⃣ Tap the Group Name → Open Group Settings
2️⃣ Scroll to “Members List”
3️⃣ Find the member you want to promote
4️⃣ Tap “3 dots” → Select “Assign Admin Role”
5️⃣ Confirm the action in the popup message

If you’re the only admin in a group, you must assign a new admin before leaving.
📌 Steps to Assign a New Admin & Leave the Group:
1️⃣ Tap the 3 dots (top-right corner) → Select “Leave Group”
2️⃣ A popup message will warn you that you must assign another admin
3️⃣ Choose at least one new admin from the group
4️⃣ You’ll see a green confirmation message (“2 users were assigned as Chat Admins”)
5️⃣ Confirm “Leave Group”
